The aim of this project is to strengthen the company’s potential through a new product offer of fencing elements. To implement the new product offer, recommendations included in the design strategy will be used. Especially those in the field of using design in Foresta’s operations, moving to the design philosophy as a process and ultimately incorporating design into the company’s DNA. All this to show that design is one of the key values of the company, taken into account in all activities. As part of the project, the purchase of fixed assets recommended for leveling design problems in the area of technology will be made.

1.2 Internationalization of SMEs

The aim of this project is to implement a range of gates and fences for foreign sales through the use of new marketing and promotional tools in accordance with the Business Model developed according to the Business Model Canvas methodology. The applicant plans to expand the sales markets to new international markets, i.e.: Germany and Austria.

The aim of this project is to conduct a design audit and develop a design strategy. As part of the design audit, an analysis of the Employer’s activities in terms of design potential and needs will be performed. This will result in a design strategy containing the presentation of identified design problems (potentially related not only to the sphere of products, but also broadly understood business processes in the company) along with recommendations for further action.
